• Learner conferences

• Subgroups to focus on specific areas

• Attendance of ‘outside providers’, DH, visiting speakers, PCT

• Link into Safeguarding, H&S networks, others...

• Consistency in membership attendance / too few large colleges attend / seniority of membership

• Designated hub for specialist providers

• Varying day of week, starting time, central venue, etc.

• Divide region into sub-regions: our region is too large

• More publicity up front, setting agendas and meeting times in advance
