Pick the best 4 or 5 achievements that support a one-word description of your abilities. It allows one to put the emphasis on what you have done rather than just where and who you worked for. Designed to be scanned in 4-8 seconds without reading it to get the resume scanners attention. Put your best stuff on the first page and limit it to only two pages. Include lots of specific measurable data. The resume is not to get you hired, but to get an interview. Use a variety of of underline, bold and italics to catch the reader's eye as they scan left to right, top to bottom.
