HIGH GLIDE TACTICAL PARACHUTE SYSTEMMACH III AND MACH III ALPHA Are The Most Advanced Military Parachute Free Fall Systems for Special Forces

The Mach III and Mach III Alpha are gliding parachute systems specifically designed and engineered for tactical military operations, conventional Military Freefall (HALO) and stand-off operations (HAHO). Both systems have been live tested at altitudes up to and induding 30,000 feet (9144m).

TANDEM PARACHUTE PACK The Tandem Parachute Pack is constructed of an Upper Reserve Pack and a Lower Main Pack. The Upper Reserve Pack has a 1 (One) pin ripcord with a flexible nylon cord locking loop and spur grommet The Lower Main Pack employs a single pin or curve pin ripcord with the static fine. The Malfl and Reserve packs are padded to reduce wear and are equipped with mounting hardware for FXC Model 12000 Automatic Ripcord Release. Also the Main Pack has mounting hardware and a removable pocket for the FXC Model 2100 Automatic Ripcord Release.

Toe Main Pack incorporates a detachable (zipper) Oxygen Bottle Pocket for either the twin 22 cubic inch or twin 53 cubic inch oxygen bottles or the single 80 or 120 cubic inch oxygen bottle.

MAIN AND RESERVE CANOPIES The Mach III’s Main and Reserve Canopies are identical in performance, weight, I-beam construction and cross porting. The removable slider feature has completely eliminated the slider’s flapping noise and air drag The Mach III’s Canopies are fully controllable through all airspeed ranges and conditions. Control forces are light and not fatiguing. The canopies can be “Leg Steered” during descent from high altitude. Control response is quick without any insidious characteristics and yet quite docile.

HARNESS The Mach III Harnesses are fully adjustable in 7 places. The split saddle leg straps have wide comfortable pads to distribute the load over the largest possible leg area.

MAIN RISERS The Main Risers are manufactured with 6000 lb. T.S. MIL-W-4088, Type 7, Nylon Webbing and incorporate “Easy-to-Operate” Canopy Trim Tabs to control Canopy speed and angle of attack

RESERVE STATIC-LINE LANYA (RSL) All Mach III Systems utilize a Reserve Static-Line Lanyard which ensures automatic Reserve Ripcord actuation upon Main Canopy cutaway.

AVAILABLE COLORS The Harness and Pack are available in Woodland Foliage Camouflage, Olive Drab and Black. The Canopies are available in Light Blue, Silver Grey, Olive Drab and Black.
