LNPG Project43-101 (3/20/2017) - Interpretation and Conclusions

1. LNPG Project contains a system of Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum-type (LCT) pegmatite dykes with a strike length of 13 km.

2. “Sufficient grades to bring the rock to within economic values.”

3. Dyke continuity over a vertical range of 300+ meters demonstrated by natural exposure and past drilling.

4. Each “swarm” of dykes is up to 300 m thick.

5. Reliable channel sampling performed in 2016.

6. Careful measurement of dyke width and host rock intervals have enabled bulk samples to be calculated.

7. “Results such as 10.35 m at 1.13% Li2O, 71.1 g/t Ta2O5 and SnO2 are highly encouraging.”

Tule Valley Lithium Brine Project - Property Description

Claims● 26 placer claims of 26 acres each● 4,800 acres in total

Location● 190 km south of Salt Lake City, Utah● Straddles Juab and Millard counties

Lithium Bearing District● 20km north: Honey Comb

beryllium-rubidium-lithium-REE project○ NI 43-101 (Redhill Resources,

9/30/2011): 1,500-1,700 ppm Li● 30km northeast: Spor Mountain beryllium

mine● 60km southeast: Crystal Peak’s

potash-lithium-magnesium brine project○ NI 43-101 (Crystal Peaks,

11/18/2013): Lithium in solution (brine) values = 50mg - 200mg/liter

Tule Valley Lithium Brine Project - Closed Basin

What is a Closed Basin?● Surface and groundwater flow into the basin and only escape by

evaporation at surface● Evaporation leaves behind minerals dissolved in resulting brines and

evaporation pools

Similar to Clayton Valley● USGS calls the Clayton Valley, “the best

known deposit in the world” for Lithium due to:○ Closed tectonically active basin○ Arid climate○ Elevated heat flow, due to hot springs or

young volcanoes ● Tule Valley has the same attributes

Down Faulted● Normal faults on both sides of valley● Generates fluid mobilization from hard-rock

Lithium sources

Tule Valley Lithium Brine Project - Preliminary Assays

Sampling● August, 2016● 4 water samples● 13 soil samples (most collected at claim post sites located on exposed playa)

Results● Samples of actively evaporating briny surface muds are all anomalous in Lithium (over 0.01% Li) ● Samples as high as 200 ppm Li● Each anomalous sample is:

○ Very wet○ Saturated with salty brine○ Contains salt and/or gypsum crystals

Relationship to Water Table● Sample locations are where:

○ Playa surface dips below current groundwater table (less than 1,339m)○ Near-surface brines reach the surface○ Form shallow pools ○ Brine evaporates

Bottom Line● The surface brines and saturated muds being anomalous in lithium is deemed encouraging for

the deposition of near-surface lithium mineralization

Exploration - Next Steps● Geophysical surveying, particularly induced polarization to detect conductive layers beneath the

playa

Gerlach Lithium Brine Project

Property● 89 claims, 720 hectares (1,780 acres)● San Emidio desert, 5 miles from Gerlach, Wahoe

County, Nevada● 120 km north of Tesla Gigafactory #1

Why Gerlach?● Nearby geothermal clusters with hot springs● Large closed basin● Gravity low / basin low with Pleistocene lake bottom ● Potential lithium source rocks● Within ashfall deposition● Ideal desert evaporation climate● All weather access on paved roads● Mine-friendly Nevada

2009 Sampling Program● Detailed geological mapping and prospecting● 146 samples collected (including blanks)● Significant values of beryllium● Anomalous values of lithium and uranium

Exploration - Next Steps● Geophysics and drilling to evaluate potential for a

mass brine deposit
