The 3-laid yarns give Navy Flex better wearing qualities than those of ordinary 3-strand ropes. Navy Flex has a high breaking strength and is resistant to acid, alkali and sunlight. It neither shrinks nor rots. It has a smooth surface and is an easy-to-handle rope with excellent splicing qualities.

PP-multi is an easy-to-handle and flexible product, even at low temperatures. The rope looks like a Nylon rope and is resistant to most chemicals. PP-multi does not rot and can be stored even when wet.

Colors available:

Playground combination rope delivered in coils: We recommend placing the coil in a turntable. Alternatively, place the coil on the ground and roll out straight. Do not place the coil on the ground and pull the rope out as this will result in the formation of kinks and the possible deformation of the rope.

Playground rope delivered on reels: We recommend passing a shaft through the reel/drum and placing it on a stand so that it can revolve, apply a break to the reel to keep the rope tight. Do not take the rope over the edge as this will result in the formation of kinks and the possible deformation of the rope.

Installation:When installing the Play&Parks rope avoid sharp edges, a small bending radius and/or crooked tension of the rope. Ropes for

Play&Parks with steel core (IWRC) are normally used as edge ropes due to higher strength and lower elongation. E.g. PUR coated ropes for Play&Parks are usually used as a bottom line rope or in other areas where heavy wear occur.

Fittings:Our ropes for Play&Parks are designed to be used for all kinds of fittings of plastic, steel, aluminium etc. Please note tolerance of fitting from supplier of fittings. We also offer a variety of fittings in aluminium for 16mm ropes.
