The MONOSLIT Series, comprising the MONOSLIT GIANT, the MONOSLIT OPTICAL and the MONOSLIT, has been satisfying the constantly growing demand for new applications for plastic fi lms since 1985. MONOSLIT GIANT can convert mother rolls with widths up to 12,000 mm and diameters of up to 1,800 mm into fi nished rolls with a maximum diameter of 1,300 mm. All types of materials, including BOPP, BOPET and optical fi lms, can be perfectly converted with thicknesses up to 500 µm. Both machines run smoothly, even at speeds of up to 1,500 m / min.

The INTERSLIT is the latest technological development from GOEBEL IMS for the highly productive converting of fi lms. The primary slitter is characterised by a wide range of applications, in particular standardised packaging fi lms. Even specialty fi lms, such as battery separator fi lms, can be converted reliably. INTERSLIT is designed for working widths from 4,000 mm to 7,000 mm.

The XTRASLIT 2 slitter rewinder is the ideal solution for primary fi lm manufacturers and converters. The machine is designed for working widths of up to 3,600 mm and can convert material thicknesses up to 500 µm. Thanks to its modular technology concept, the machine can be used in a great variety of applications and materials including also metallized fi lms.

The RIBOSLIT Series requires minimum operating space and investments and is available in both dual shaft or turret confi gurations. The compact model features a shaftless unwinder connected to the machine body. Alternatively, it’s possible to separate the unwinder with a footwalk, in order to include a wide and ergonomic splicing table. As an upgrade, the consolidated “Comfort Kit” can be added to improve the accessibility to the slitting section, while maintaining the compact confi guration.
