DETAILS OF OPERATION

On July 3, 2018, joint elements of PDEA ROI- Ilocos Sur Provincial Office, IS PIB, IS PDEU and Cabugao MPS conducted buy-bust operation at Brgy. Bonifacio, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur which resulted to the arrest of Andrew Salamanca y Dolores @Jojo (Member of Canigan Drug Group). Confiscated during the operation was shabu weighing MOL 0.2658 gram and Php 1,000.00 used as buy bust money. A case for violation of Section 5, Art II of RA 9165 was filed in court against the suspect.

ARREST RESULTING TO SIGNIFICANT VOLUME OF DRUGS

DETAILS OF OPERATION

On July 4, 2018, joint elements of PDEA ROI- Pangasinan Provincial Office and Mangaldan PS conducted buy-bust operation at Brgy. Malabago, Mangaldan, Pangasinan which resulted to the arrest of Christopher Cervantes y Sta Maria @Tabo, Joshua Gorospe y Bautista and Ace Dupitas y Bentenilla. Confiscated during the operation were five (5) self-sealing sealed transparent plastic, two (2) open transparent plastic and one (1) plastic sando bag all containing dried marijuana leaves weighing MOL 955.5539 grams, one (1) transparent plastic containing marijuana seeds weighing MOL 1 gram, seven (7) pcs open transparent plastic sachets containing shabu residue, one (1) digital weighing scale, two (2) pcs aluminum foil strip, two (2) pcs improvised aluminum tooter, two (2) pcs glasstube, one (1) improvised plastic tooter, two (2) pcs lighter, one (1) aluminum scoop, one (1) plastic straw scoop, one (1) roll aluminum foil and six (6) pcs one thousand boodle money and one (1) genuine Php 1,000.00 used as buy bust money. Cases for violation of Section 5 in rel to Sec 26 par B, 11, and 12, Art II of RA 9165 were filed in court against the suspects.

On July 3, 2018, joint elements of PDEA ROI and PDEA RO 4A conducted buy-bust operation at Brgy. Delapaz, Antipolo City, Rizal resulted to the arrest of Aida Untonga y Ariraya @Madam and Dokie Daupay y Macaombang. Confiscated during the operation were one (1) piece cartoon pink box containing one (1) piece self-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu weighing 59.7931 grams and boodle money. A case for violation of Section 5 in relation to Sec 26 Article II of RA 9165 was filed in court against the suspects.

On July 13, 2018, joint elements of PDEA ROI- Pangasinan Provincial Office conducted buy-bust operation at Brgy. Nancamaliran East, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan which resulted to the arrest of Mark Philip Lomibao y Soriano @Makong (Member of Andrada Drug Group). Confiscated during the operation were four (4) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu weighing MOL 1.7296 grams, fourteen (14) pcs one thousand boodle money and one (1) genuine Php 1,000.00 used as buy bust money. A case for violation of Section 5, Art II of RA 9165 was filed in court against the suspect.

On July 30, 2018, joint elements of PDEA ROI, La Union PMFC and Bacnotan PS implemented Search Warrant No. 006-2018 for violation of RA 9165 issued by Hon Judge Victor O Concepcion of Branch 66, RTC, San Fernando City, La Union at Brgy. Bitalag, Bacnotan, La Union which resulted to the arrest of Hermie Ople y Ausmolo (Member of Flores-Galvez-Rivera Drug Group). Confiscated during the operation were four (4) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu weighing MOL 0.1241 gram. A case for violation of Section 11, Art II of RA 9165 was filed in court against the suspect.

ARREST OF FOREIGN NATIONALS (INDIAN)

DETAILS OF OPERATION

On July 30, 2018, joint elements of PDEA ROI AND Tubao PS conducted buy-bust operation at Brgy. Francia West, Tubao, La Union which resulted to the arrest of Kulvir Nakhwal y Singh and Harpeet Singh (both Indian Nationals). Confiscated during the operation were one (1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu weighing MOL 0.0487 gram, cash money amounting to Php 9,120.00, two (2) units cellular phone, one (1) driver’s lisence in the name of Harpeet Singh, one (1) unit Honda TMX motorcycle and Php 1,000.00 used as buy bust money. A case for violation of Section 5, Art II of RA 9165 was filed in court against the suspects.

CONDUCT OF HIGH IMPACT OPERATION

On July 27, 2018, joint personnel from PDEA CAR - Kalinga SEU, PDEA ROII, PDEA ROI, Kalinga Provincial Police Office - PDEU/PIB, Kalinga Police Mobile Force Company and Tinglayan MPS conducted Checkpoint Operation at Iker, Brgy, Bugnay, Tinglayan, Kalinga which resulted to the arrest of Nelson Portugal II y Brilliantes, Eric Hans Fandiño y Daguio and Jaryd Quintero y Lumaoig and the confiscation of eleven (11) pcs elongated shaped (tubular) marijuana stalks weighing MOL 10,120 grams of with an estimated DDB Value of One Million Two Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 1,265,000.00). A case for violation of Section 5, Art II of RA 9165 were filed against the suspects.

MARIJUANA ERADICATIONS

On July 27, 2018, joint personnel from PDEA CAR - Kalinga SEU, PDEA ROII, PDEA ROI, Kalinga Provincial Police Office - PDEU/PIB, Kalinga Police Mobile Force Company implemented “OPLAN BUDS” of Tinglayan MPS which resulted in the discovery in seven (7) Marijuana Plantation Sites with estimated total land area of 2,306 square meters at Brgy Butbut Proper, Tinglayan, Kalinga which led to the destruction of MOL 29,900 pieces of fully grown marijuana plants with DDB Value of Five Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 5,980,000.00)

On July 28, 2018, joint personnel from PDEA CAR - Kalinga SEU, PDEA ROII, PDEA ROI, Kalinga Provincial Police Office - PDEU/PIB, Kalinga Police Mobile Force Company implemented “OPLAN BUDS” of Tinglayan MPS which resulted in the discovery in six (6) Marijuana Plantation Sites with estimated total land area of 2,800 square meters at Brgy Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga which led to the destruction of MOL 24,300 pieces of fully grown marijuana plants and MOL 20,000 grams of marijuana stalks with total DDB Value of Seven Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 7,360,000.00)
