“I’m troubleshooting general problems with IT as well as helping on the network side of things. I do one week at Land Rover BAR and one week at College, where I get a lot of support from my computing lecturers. It’s cool and my family are really proud.”Ryan ToddGold IT Apprentice who became one of the youngest members of the Land Rover Ben Ainslie Racing team at the age of 17

“I chose an apprenticeship as I felt this was the best way to learn for me – on the job. I didn’t want to be constantly in a classroom, I wanted to be hands on. I love cars and from an early age wondered how they worked, so volunteered to work in Auto Tyre Centre two days a week whilst still at school, once I had my GCSE results they offered me an apprenticeship and I haven’t looked back.”
