OverviewHigher Blends Infrastructure Incentive Program (HBIIP)

Who may apply?

Owners of –Transportation fueling facilities:

Fueling stations, convenience stores, hypermarket fueling stations, fleet facilities, and similar entities with capital investments;Fuel distribution facilities:

Terminal operations, depots, midstream partners, and similarly equivalent operations.

What does this program do?

The purpose of the HBIIP is to increase significantly the sales and use of higher blends of ethanol and biodiesel,

by expanding the infrastructure for renewable fuels derived from U.S. agricultural products.

You MUST identify your Company as a specific Applicant Type by Selecting One from the following list. Are you an: Owner of 10 fueling stations or fewer Owner of greater than 10 fueling stations Fleet facility Fuel Distribution Facility It is VERY important that you select the Applicant Type that is appropriate for your Company. The Applicant Type selection, determines/drives the set of questions/instructions, worksheets, technical requirements, and priority scoring calculations in the online application system. So make the correct choice. You MUST also identify at least one Authorized User and Complete the Authorized User Identification table for each Rightful User you wish to provide access to your Company application. If you’re hiring a third party grant writer, packager, equipment installer to complete your application, include their information in the Authorized user table, along with your Company information.
