The Burdett Pump Station upgrades included removal of
connections to the Hamlet’s filtration plant and installation
of a magnetic flow meter, a pressure transmitter, an
ultrasonic level transmitter, and a pressure reducing flow
control valve used to fill the Hamlet’s reservoir from the
Highway 3 Regional Pipeline.
The Pump Station utilizes chlorine analyzers and
turbidimeters to ensure high water quality entering the
Hamlet’s distribution system.
