We advise and represent our clients before all Italian Courts, including the Supreme Court and the other Superior Courts as well as before the Courts of the European Union. Our litigation department has developed a considerable experience in relation to arbitration, both ad hoc and administered.We have also developed qualified skills in the ADR sector, specifically in relation to mediation which was recently introduced in Italy.
