Poster Contest Rules
1. Eligibility:All children residing in the United States and who fall within one of the categories beloware eligible to participate.
2. Categories: Kindergarten through Second Third Grade through Fifth Grade Sixth Grade through Eighth Grade
3. Theme: I can be President! Tell the world why YOU can be President!
4. Submissions: Poster submissions must be post-marked by Monday, April 30. Each submission andcompleted application form may be mailed to:

Washington, D.C. 200365. Poster Specifications: Poster entries must be submitted following the instructions below.
Applicant must fall within one of the categories. Artwork must be submitted on unfolded 8 x 11 inch white paper. Artwork should be created with colored pencils, crayons, markers, acrylics, watercolor, pencil, etc
Please refrain from using chalk or charcoal. The poster must be submitted with a completed and signed application form. Childs name or city must notappear on front of poster. Each applicant may not submit more than one entry. Original poster will not be returned to the applicant. Immediate relatives of employees of Hillary Clinton for President Exploratory Committee are
prohibited from applying.6. Judging Criteria. The posters will be judged by a panel of students and teachers interested in the
arts. Artwork will be judged on: Originality of design Reflection of the contest theme Use of color and materials
7. Awards Each applicant will receive a signed certificate of recognition signed from Hillary for participating
in the contest. There will be first, second, and third place winners in each category; each winner will receive a
special trophy.
There will be state winners for each category in which 50 or more submissions are received. Each winner will be featured on the Women for Hillary webpage. Winners will be given an opportunity to meet Hillary when she travels their home state.
