If you w ant the rea c tor or rea c tors could b e fo r wa ter only. In 1 wa y tha t is ea sier but
harder at the same time. What I mea n is, it is harder to c rac k plain water but even if
the reac tor fails to c rac k the wa ter, wa ter vap ours in the c ylinders ma y give an
imp rove ment in fuel economy. If ba tte ry fumes or an elec trolysis cell fumes or bo th
are mixed with the wa ter vapo urs then it may b e easier to c rac k them in the rea c tor.
The reac tor fuel of c hoice a ffec ts the tub e in tube leng th. If it s go ing to b e the
vapo urs of water and elec trolytes then m any short rea c tors a re b est. If the reac tor
fuel is go ing to be water and elec trolytes and w ell a tom ized diesel fuel then few a nd
long er rea c tors a re ne ed ed . Then the ne xt b ig d esign task is to de termine the be st
wa y to keep a g ood vac uum in the rea c tors and also keeping the outp ut plumbing
short , smo oth and prob ab ly ma de o f sta inless spira l tub ing or cop per tubing.

If the eng ine ha s g low p lugs you w ill likely want to rep lac e them with non-resistive
spark plugs timed to fire a plasma boost c irc uit into ea c h spark plug a t the timing
when the fuel is injec ted , ra ther than b efo re or afte r fuel injec tion. But the ignition
timing should still be m ade e asily ad justa b le fo r to te st wha t g ives the best result. An
electronic c ircuit with a po tentiometer to vary the timing would b e good.
There a re a lot of w ays to do tha t. A c rank sensor at 90 deg rees BTC c ould trigger a
va riab le d elay c irc uit a nd the pot ad justed from 90 deg rees BTC to 90 degrees ATC.
The orig inal d iesel injec tors should keep injec ting for c ylinde r's lub rica tion I think. Im
guessing tha t size tub e a nd rod nee ded to fit in tha t 1 cylinder's straight horizonta l
sec tion of exhaust tub ing w ill be

Rod : co ld or hot rolled 3/ 8 inc h d iame ter or ab out 9.5mm. Tube : stee l tube with a
smo oth inner diam ete r of a bout 10.3mm and a wa ll thickness anywhere from 1.5mmto 2.0mm .
It nee ds to be insta lled in a wa y tha t a llow s acc ess to take the rod in and out. There
might b e a ge tting to the rea r end to p ush the rod out if it gets stuc k. It looks like
there is not e ven m uch room to p ut a right ang le fitting c lose to the firew all.
The rod leng th c an be a bout 11 inc hes long if possible. It see ms like tha t straight
sec tion of exhaust p ipe may be a little short for diesel as rea c to r fuel. If a b ubb ler is
used with just a little d iesel fuel and a lot o f wa ter + elec trolyte then if that tube in
tube sec tion end s up b eing to o short then ma ybe the rod c an b e tuned for wa ter as
fuel.
We can just put it a ll tog ethe r with de -mag netized parts and see ho w long o f a
ma gne tic signa ture d eve lop s. I sugg est using a large and a sma ll vac uum valve like
in this d iag ram:

Excep t you w ill not ha ve the c arburetto r and its linkage so the com bined ga ses
wo uld just go straight into the eng ine inta ke. The m a in thing is to keep a t least 10
inc hes of vac uum going to the reac tor. The larger fresh air va lve c an be ma de from
a flap and a spring or bung y cord. Else, just b loc k off a fixed amo unt of the a ir such
tha t a t me d ium to high RPM the vac uum tends to b e a t least 10 inches or more.
Ady has a go od idea . Just leave the existing exhaust manifold rather than rep lace it,
then make holes in the ind ividual exhaust outp ut tubes and c onnec t a new exhaust
ma nifold spec ifica lly for the reac tor. I sugg est using thin wa ll stee l tubing tha t c an b e
welded but not too heavy so the weight of it will not p ull too muc h on the o ld
exhaust m anifold.

Construction details:
Just som e q uestions on the fo llowing d iag ram (q uestions are d rawn into the
d iagram ) as I can't quite m ake sense o f it:
1. Are these piped from the original exhaust?
2. Are these the ma in exhaust p ipes?
3. Is the GEET gas fed on the a ir filte r side of the butte rfly or the eng ine side of the
butterfly
4. Is this p iped to the ta ilp ipe?
If you c ould elabo rate / expand on the d raw ing (show some more o f the ma nifold
p ip ing) tha t would m ake it ea sier to und erstand Further R and D do wn the Trac k.

Answers by Naresh and a pp roved by Ad y
1. Yes, holes a re made to tha t original exhaust ma nifold where a new exhaust
ma nifold w ill be we lde d o n.
2. Yes, those a re the p ipes of the o rig inal exhaust manifold of the truck.
3. GEET gas enters on the a ir filter side of the throttle p late , be twee n the thrott le
p late and the a ir filter. Cover the input of air to the filter box with som ething to
c ause the va cuum go ing to the rea c tor to be a t lea st 10 inche s of vac uum at the
rea c tor's inner tube input side going to the b ubb ler. A spring loaded flap or spring
loa de d ba ll aga inst a hole o r something can op en more as the engine rev.s up a nd
suc ks more a ir but it must neve r let so m uch a ir throug h tha t the vac uum g oing to
the rea c tor ever go es less than 10 inc hes, even a little more m ight be b etter.
If it wo rks be tter than expec ted then you w ill have a problem tha t you c annot turn
off the eng ine b ec ause even if the truc k is off a nd not injec ting d iesel, the engine
c ould possib ly still keep running on GEET gases. In tha t c ase, to stop the rea c to r from
outp utting GEET ga s, you will need to ad d a different kind of va c uum relief va lve
tha t wo rks just the oppo site, mea ning if you pull a c ab le to o pen it then the reac tor
will lose its vac uum a nd tha t stop s the reac to r from working so the eng ine c an d ie.
That c ut off va lve need s to b e b igg er so the re is a definite loose o f vac uum to the
rea c tor when that va lve is op ened .
4. Yes, but you a lso w ant to Tee off tha t p ipe to send the exhaust gases into a
bubb ler co nta iner with water + elec trolyte + d iesel fuel in it.
Or you ma y wa nt to just try it with only water + elec trolyte in the c onta iner. But
send ing the e xhaust gases to tha t b ubb ler tends to kee p it full with wa ter be c ause so
muc h wa ter will c ond ense out o f the exhaust ga ses and tend to keep the level from
go ing d own in the c onta iner.

Betwe en tha t b ubb ler conta iner's outp ut and the reac tor inner tube 's input p lac e a
vac uum relief valve that get sucked op en anytime the vac uum through the reac tor
inner tube is a t lea st 10 inc hes of me rc ury.
It c an sometime help to let a sma ll amo unt of fresh a ir bleed in and mix with the
bub bler output so b oth g o to gether into the reac tor but that fresh air need s to c ome
in through its own vac uum va lve a s we ll.
The rod should no t need c entring po sts and the inner tube should b e ve ry smooth
inside to he lp the rod to sta rt sp inning . If the rod gets suc ked up to the top , if should
have a rea r stop tha t sets into the rod 's rea r d imp le to a llow the rod to still sp in with
the rea r stop as a p ivot point.
Further R and D
This c onc ep t w as sugg ested by Ad y and refe rs to the sc ienc e used in the Seb atier
effec t. It's to d o w ith using Nic kel as a c a ta lyst a nd is wha t has given Ad y the idea
of getting the Reactor Rods Electrodes Nickel plated. Ady suggests getting the Rod
p lat ted for the Hylux, and swears tha t it will make a who le lot o f d ifference in
c racking w ater, on my life.
