• Our customers will be the intermediaries who provides raw honey to the plants.

•We will follow the short chain distribution

The Human resource

•One accountant, salary of Rs 2500 p.m.•Four BOX care staff, salary of Rs 2000 each p.m.•One office attendant, salary of Rs 1200 p.m.•Two Assistant BOX care staff ,salary of Rs 1200 p.m.

•Training provided by RAM KRISHNA MISSION, sponsored by MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA

Raw materials (Bee with box) will be provided by

• Ramakrishna mission

• Krishi Vigyan Kendra • Agricultural universities

The production Process

• Our unit will be located in farm areas

• We will contact the farm owners who has a minimum of 2.5 hectares of land

• Preferably involved in cultivation of pulses, or having mango ,litchi garden or involved in flower cultivation.

Our production

• In 6 months average production will be 45*100=4500lt

• Wax 1.5kg/unit/year 1.5*100=150kg

• 1 batch will give birth to 2 new batches 100batches*2=200new batches

Our sales

• Sale of 4500lt @Rs 80= 360000•Wax 100kg@Rs150 = 15000•Italian bee 100batches@Rs600= 60000 Total = 435000

Cost

• Bee with box Rs1500/box= 150000• Interest@11%= 22000•Salary= 169200•Farm rent= 12000•Mis.expense= 10000 Total= 363200

Profit=435000-363200= 71800
