HIMALAYAN Bath SALTS
Pink Himalayan Bath Salts are not the most easy-to-find detox medium, but this multi-purpose salt is
well worth the special order. Aside from a luxurious and toxin-sucking soak, these salts make an ideal
table salt substitute and can even be made into a salt-saturated internal tonic. Not to mention their deep
pink hues make them one of the prettiest raw materials I’ve ever seen.
WHY HIMALAYAN SALT?
Himalayan salts are said to contain 84 essential minerals that not only make skin baby-soft, but also
efficiently detox the entire body. A strong Himalayan Salt bath (1-2 full pounds of salt per bath) is
claimed to be the equivalent of a 3-day fats in terms of detoxification. Of course this can’t be
confirmed, but I’ve done several of these baths and definitely believe it. As good as this salt makes you
feel, it can be very draining compared to other detox baths.
Anyone can benefit from an invigorating salt bath. Bathing with Himalayan bath salts cleanses and
rejuvenates the skin.” “Sundhed’s exclusive bath line has a variety of relaxing fragrances for you to
indulge your senses.” These salts are ideal to relax the body, mind. They are great to ease sore muscles
and increase circulation.
These crystal salts have up to 84 different minerals that can provide unique health benefits to users.
Crystal bath crystals will entrench your body with a natural feeling of floating in the pristine oceans
while replenishing your skin and body with a new found aura of sheer pleasure. Take a bath for about
15 to 20 minutes, not more than once or twice a week. Do not use any chemical substances. After the
bath, let your skin air dry. It is also recommended to lie down after a bath for minimum half an hour. If
the concentration in a bath is too strong, then take a foot-bath instead. -

**CAUTION**
Himalayan Salt baths are intended to be taken at or just above body temperature, but can still pose a
risk. If at any time you feel light headed or dizzy, add cool water to the tub or put a cold wash cloth on
your head. Drink LOTS of water. Get out of the tub very slowly. If you have any medical conditions,
check with your doctor before performing any kind of detox. Hot baths are not recommended for
people with high blood pressure.
