Paying for your HIP

Some Estate Agents may say that they will provide your Home InformationPack for free whilst hiding the costs in their other charges; others have complex credit agreements.

We have put together a simple and transparent way for you to pay for your HIP.

If you opt to purchase just a Home Information Pack, prices are:

Pay for your HIP - freehold property

For a single upfront payment of £349 inc. VAT we will immediately orderyour HIP and if you decide not to continue with your sale you have nothingfurther to pay.

Defer payment of your HIP - freehold property†

For a single payment of £399 inc. VAT, you can choose to defer paymentof your HIP until your property is sold, withdrawn, or 9 months from instruction, whichever is sooner. Full details available upon application.

Pay for your HIP NOW - leasehold property*

For a single upfront payment of £369 inc. VAT we will immediately orderyour HIP and if you decide not to continue with your sale you have nothingfurther to pay.

Defer payment of your HIP - leasehold property*†

For a single payment of £419 inc. VAT, you can choose to defer paymentof your HIP until your property is sold, withdrawn, or 9 months from instruction, whichever is sooner. Full details available upon application.

Use your own HIP

If you decide to provide your own HIP you will need to confirm that it complies with current legislationand provide us with a copy so that we can marketyour property effectively.

*Also refers to properties that are unregistered title.

†A non-refundable initial payment of £30 (inc VAT) is due immediately and the balance is deferred for up to 9 months.
