The Hispanic Ministry in the 21st Century program is an intense two-week introducon to Hispanic Ministry. The program is an orientaon to the culture, history, and faith expressions of Mexican Americans. The course’s specific focus on the Mexican American experience is not exclusive; rather, it provides a comprehensive framework that can be used as a paern for understanding other cultures. The Hispanic Ministry in the 21st Century program deepens appreciaon of the mulcultural diversity in society and guides both Hispanics and non-Hispanics through a process of understanding the complexies of ministry in Hispanic communies today. This course is especially recommended for anyone working or desiring to work in Hispanic sengs in the United States. The adult-learning model of the Hispanic Ministry in the 21st Century program includes seminars, me for reflecon, group discussions, and lecture. MINISTERIO HISPANO EN EL SIGLO XXIEl programa del Ministerio Hispano en el Siglo XXI es una introducción intensiva de dos semanas al Ministerio Hispano. Incluye una orientación a la cultura, historia y expresiones de fe de los méxico-americanos. El enfoque específico del curso en la experiencia de los méxico-americanos no es exclusiva; al contrario, provee un marco comprensivo que puede usarse como referencia para entender otras culturas. El Programa del Ministerio Hispano en el Siglo XXI profundiza el aprecio por la diversidad multicultural en la sociedad, y guía tanto a los hispanos como a los no-hispanos a través de un proceso que lleva a comprender las complejidades del ministerio en las comunidades hispanas de hoy día. Este curso se recomienda especialmente para toda persona que trabaja o desea trabajar en ambientes hispanos en los Estados Unidos. El modelo de aprendizaje para adultos del Ministerio Hispano en el Siglo XXI incluye seminarios, tiempo para la reflexión, diálogos en grupos, y conferencias.
