HISTORY
The ESRA Technical Training Foundation was established in
October 12, 2013 as a
non-profit organization duly registered with the Securities and
Exchange Commission
(SEC) dated October 12, 2013, TESDA and DSWD. Rafael A. Esnardo,
a Professional
Mechanical Engineer by profession, founded the ESRA Technical
Training Foundation
with the aim to share his personal technical vocational hands-on
experience to those who
want to develop their individual technical skills. The mandate
from God pushed him to
construct the institution as patriotic contribution in helping
to reduce poverty and to
contribute to the economic and social development of the
country. This company has a
Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officers and staff to
oversee all operations of thetechnical training foundation
including special events, policy directions and strategic
planning. The President, Executive Training Administrator and
the Business Development
Director is also responsible for fundraising, marketing,
organizing and runs workshops and
seminars.

nationally and internationally contributing towards the economic
and social development
of the country.

NATURE OF BUSINESSESRA Technical Training Foundation is
accredited by TESDA in opening approved TVET
Courses. This training center also adopts OVERSEAS TRAINING
SERVICES-The most
experienced technical services organization that can take care
of clients needs for any of
the following:
General and Technical English language Fire-fighting and safety
courses
Technical training in operations, repair and maintenance of
Genset, HVAC, Belt
Conveyor System, Heavy Equipment, Continuous Mining Equipment
and Carbon
Dioxide Manufacturing Equipment
