ideas.

control Hitler….so he is “elected” Chancellor in 1933.

• Will die in 1933, leaving the door open for Hitler.

Socialist Parties– Decrees that all other political

parties are illegal. Only one-party allowed in Germany.

obedience.

Campaign against Jewish peoples• By 1935, Nazi policies

established hatred and discrimination against Judaists. – Could not marry non-Jews, attend a

German school, practice medicine/law….ect.

• Many German Judaists fled. (Albert Einstein)

• November 9, 1938 – Kristallnach– “Night of Broken Glass”– Cause: Jewish boy wounded a

German diplomat in Paris.– Hitler would then move Judaists

into concentration camps.
