Our renovated 720 square foot 3 BR, 1 bath, raised ranch is located in Holgate which is the southern most section of Long Beach Island. LBI is rated in the top 20 of best beaches in the USA. It offers solitude and action within a couple of miles of each other. The three bedroom, one bath cottage is the perfect seaside getaway. We are on a dead end street—with the ocean at one end of our block and the bay at the other end. The house backs 12 acres of undeveloped wetlands and has bay views and the front porch overlooks a marina and the bay.
