1) G.O.Rt.No.5364, G.A.(Poll.A) Dept., dt. 22.11.2012.2) From
the Chief Executive Officer, A.P.State Wakf Board, Hyderabad,
Letter F.No.E1/16/2007-S, dt. 05.11.2013--: o :--
ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders
declaring14.11.2013 (Thursday) as General Holiday under NI Act,
1881 on the occasion of
Moharram. The Chief Executive Officer, A.P.State Wakf Board,
Hyderabad, in hisletter 2nd read above, has requested to declare
the General Holiday on 15.11.2013(Friday), instead of 14.11.2013
(Thursday), on account of Moharram, as per the moonsight.
2) The Government, after careful consideration of the matter,
decided to changethe General Holiday from 14.11.2013 (Thursday), to
15.11.2013 (Friday), on theoccasion of Moharram, under Negotiable
Instruments Act, 1881. Accordingly, thefollowing notification is
issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette
ofAndhra Pradesh:
NOTIFICATIONIn partial modification of the orders issued,
notifying the Holidays under
Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, in G.O.Rt.No.5364,
G.A.(Poll.A) Dept., dt.22.11.2012, Government hereby declare that
the Holiday on the occasion ofMoharram shall now be observed on
15.11.2013 (Friday), instead of 14.11.2013(Thursday), which was
declared earlier.
