ENGLISH
1. ‘WFH’…aren’t you pretty familiar with this term now? Well, circumstances often prove to be a
great teacher. ‘Work From Home’ is what your parents have been doing in the recent past.
Interview your parents about this concept and present the same as a questionnaire with their
answers.
2. Across the last month and a half, along with your online classes, you must have learnt a new
skill or developed your hobby or recorded a song or donned your dancing shoes or baked/cooked
something new...Write a letter to your grandparent detailing the same.
3. What’s a vacation without having read some books? You might have read it on the Internet or
rummaged through your shelves and chanced upon some old comics/ short stories. Pour out your
thoughts as a write-up on any specific book of your choice.

MATHEMATICS
Make a project file on the following activities:
1. Square root spiral : Draw the square root spiral up to √10 to depict a beautiful design.
2. Vertically opposite angles, Co interior angles, Corresponding angles : show the properties
of the pairs of angles formed by parallel lines and a transversal by cutting and pasting origami
sheets innovatively.
3. Angle sum property of Triangles : prove the angle sum property of triangles by arrangement
of toothpicks/ matchsticks.
4. Isosceles angle property: prove that angles opposite to the equal sides of a triangle are equal
by folding origami sheets. Paste the folded sheet in your file.
5. To obtain the mirror image of a plane geometrical figure: use graph paper, coloured sheets
and geometry box to show the mirror image of a geometrical shape (for example: a
quadrilateral) on the Cartesian plane.
