school of big dreams

In 1993, pastors of the three Catholic parishes in

Clay County collaborated to build a school to

meet the growing demand for Catholic

education. What began in two portable

buildings with 51 students and enough

enthusiasm to fill a football field has grown

steadily to a student body exceeding 400

Pre-K through 8th graders.

Annunciation's beautiful nine acre campus,

located in Middleburg, one mile south of

Orange Park, Fl., is fully gated with exterior

surveillance cameras throughout. The school

now includes five permanent buildings set

among landscaped grounds in a natural

setting. Facilities are comprised of a primary

grades building with fenced playground, an

intermediate school building with its own

fenced playground, an upper grades building

adjoined by the science & fine arts wing,

technology lab, media center, administrative

office, and athletic fields.

Annunciation has achieved this growth by

using the school mission as a guide:

I welcome you to tour our beautiful campus,

a place where children can learn about God

while being nurtured, encouraged, challenged,

and inspired. I believe you will leave knowing

that Annunciation is the right fit for your family's

educational and spiritual needs.
