If you would like to have information published in the weekly

bulletin, please email: [email protected] by

12:00 noon on Friday ten days prior to the bulletin

publication date. Information received after that time

will be in the following week’s bulletin.

   Holy Family Parish is

a welcoming and

vibrant Catholic faith

community in the

Town of Concord. We

are a people united

in our shared faith.

We invite you to come

and be a part of our

life as we journey in

God and toward God.

All will receive a

warm welcome here.

Page 2: Holy Hour for Life,

St. Irene’s invites you to join us for our 16th annual Trivia Night on

Saturday, January 26 at 7 p.m. in the church hall (181 East Street,

Carlisle). Come on out to shake off the midwinter torpor, and fill

the night with cheer!

This is a team event, and nobody is on their own to come up with an an-

swer. In each of the 10 rounds, every team is given a sheet of identical

questions to discuss among themselves and submit one set of an-

swers. The resulting consultations are fun and a great way to interact

with other members of our church community.

As always, we offer complimentary snacks and beverages, door prizes, and free

parking for the low price of $5/person or $40/table. Bring your own team (up to 8

people per table) or let us seat you with friendly St. Irene folks. There will be a

maximum of 16 tables (128 people), so we encourage you to reserve your tickets

in advance at [email protected]. If seats are available, walkins are

welcome.

Our children who are preparing to receive First

Holy Communion celebrated the Sacrament of

Reconciliation on Saturday! Please keep these

children and their families in your prayers.

HELPING THE HUNGRY

Our Middle School students learned about how they can help our neighbors who may have fallen on hard

times and are in need of our assistance. As part of this great Luke Hill Media lesson plan, our students

watched videos, had a great presentation from our parishioners who serve in our St Vincent de Paul Minis-

try and decorated bags for Open Table as part of their children’s lunch program. We are blessed!!

KINDERGARTEN FAMILY MASS

Our Mass was so wonderful!

Thank you to our Kindergarten

students for singing that lovely

song at the offertory of the

Mass—special thanks to their par-

ents for making God so im-

portant in your children’s lives

and to our teachers, Curran, Ken-

dra, Elbis, Melissa, Rebecca and

Amy—and of course to the chil-

dren’s older siblings for reading

so beautifully at mass: Joaquin,

Gabriella, Grace, Lexi and Ivy!
