Linbrook won five out of 10 division titles up for grabs at the Halton District School Board's Division A cross-country meet Friday at Burlington's Sherwood Forest Park. Linbrook was victorious in the tyke girls' B, tyke boys' B, atom girls', atom boys' and bantam girls' divisions. Chisholm was the other Oakville school to win a pennant, claiming the tyke boys' A champi- onship. There were two tyke divisions to accommodate growing numbers in that age group. Seventeen of the larger-popu- lated junior schools (junior kindergarten to Grade 6) in Halton participated in the meet, which featured a total of 1,254 runners. The Chargers scored 13 goals and allowed only one in their four League Cup games.
