Steve Brown, CEO

With over 25 years of executive management, marketing, sales and turnaround experience, Steve has been an integral part of Northern California’s homebuilding industry. He has worked with companies involved in manufacturing, real estate brokerage, advertising, construction,

fire suppression, safety, and government sourcing. He has also worked with companies and business owners, including C. B. Richard Ellis and Leo Burnett, two of the leading companies in their respective fields, to become effective, successful, and more balanced in the pursuit of their dreams.

Brock Rose, Senior Vice President

Brock is a results-oriented leader with a passion for individual and organizational ingenuity. With more than 25 years of experience, he has held nearly every position in the homebuilding construction industry; including positions at Meritage Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Pacific Ridge Homes, and DeNova Homes.

Matt Foster, Director of Construction

Matt’s 25 plus years of leadership and value creation stem from a variety of organizations, including Elliott Homes, Reynen & Bardis Communities and Standard Pacific Homes. He brings a big picture approach and technical expertise to building each and every home.

Karron M. Vasquez, Sales and Marketing Manager

Karron brings over 17 years’ of homebuilding experience. She’s served in a variety of roles at industry leading companies including Lennar and Kimball Hill Homes, in Sacramento and Las Vegas, as well as several escrow (Placer Title, LSI) and mortgage companies (Genworth Financial & Mountain West Financial). You’ll often find Karron providing

insight and leadership to many different departments, balancing customer experience with operational excellence.

Nathan Wickert, Customer Care Manager

Nathan has been leading teams and providing great customer service for the last 20 years. A long standing Blue Mountain Communities team member, he is highly regarded by his peers and homeowners alike. Nathan works tirelessly to exceed the expectations and help educate homeowners on the quality and benefits of owning a Blue Mountain

Communities home. When away from the job, you may find him bringing an outgoing spirit and a positive disposition to his roles as a Boy Scout Adult Leader and Little League Baseball Coach and Board Member.
