• Interest free loan available of £1,000 - £100,000• 4 year payback for energy efficiency measure• 8 year payback for renewable measure (5% Interest)• Measure must be recommended on a Qualifying Report

Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland (Tenant support)

The Scottish Government Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland are open to people across Scotland.  • The Scottish Government funds measures under the

Energy Assistance Scheme • Energy Suppliers fund measures under the Affordable Warmth Scheme.

Please note that from March 2014 the majority of Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland Affordable Warmth scheme are temporarily paused.

• Energy efficiency improvements are also on offer to thousands of households within certain areas across Scotland. If you have a property in one of these locations then a range of different funding could support solid wall or under floor insulation installations.
