Home For the Holidays Dear Friends,
For years, Solid Ground has invited the community to help share the magic of the holidays with the families
we serve. Holiday donors have brought joy to hundreds of children and relief to many parents who might
have otherwise struggled to afford gifts.
Solid Ground is excited to invite donors to share the holidays with the families we serve. On December 13
and 14, our Community Room will be transformed into the Santa Shop—a holiday store stocked with
donated gifts and toys where parents can experience the pride of picking out the perfect present for their
child. We also have an area for children to pick out presents for their parents.
There is no minimum or maximum limit for our donors. Those who would like to contribute a single gift or
gift card are welcome to contribute, as well as those who would like to organize a drive for gifts at their
school, neighborhood, business or faith community. We‘ll also be offering a number of volunteer
opportunities for anyone interested in working behind the scenes to make the Santa Shop a success, or for
those interested in working directly with the families we serve during the holiday season.
We welcome financial contributions, gift cards or donations of any new, unwrapped gifts for children or
adults. Attached you will find a Holiday Wish List with some examples of items we’d like to receive. You’ll
also find a list of opportunities to volunteer or support our holiday giving program. Please only bring new
items, as we are trying to give our families the experience of shopping at a store. You can drop off your
new, unwrapped items at Solid Ground during our business hours of 8:00am-4:30pm on December 2nd-
10th or by appointment by calling 651-846-9024 or 651-846-9031. Solid Ground is located at 3521 Century
Avenue North in White Bear Lake. Please use the direction link you can find here.
Thank you for helping to make holiday wishes come true for the families we serve!
