When ‘honey-do’ lists take up the entire weekend of family time just get the whole family to lend a hand and have some fun accomplishing things around the house together. That’s what Family Day is all about at the Home & Garden Show. A morning full of special hands-on activities and seminars for kids and their families to participate in together.

11AM-12PM & 1-2PM BAT BIOLOGY – LIVE BAT PRESENTATIONS with the Leslie Science & Nature Center on the Home Stage. The only fl ying mammal, bats have amazed and inspired people for a long time. Meet live bats from around the world and learn about their many roles on our planet.
11:30AM-12:15PM OATMEAL CHIP COOKIES IN A JAR at the Cooking Stage; create an artful jar fi lled with all the dry ingredients to bake up a dozen Oatmeal Chip Cookies at home!
