International Home +
Housewares Show to be held
March 5 – 8 in Chicago at
McCormick Place. The Show is
the largest housewares-only fair
in the world with 62,000
homegoods professionals on
hand to explore thousands of
innovative new products.
The Show is owned and operated by
the not-for-profit International
Housewares Association and
represents professionals from over
125 countries. More than 22,500
buyers will flock to Chicago to spot
future best sellers and source
products that will make their
businesses successful in 2016
and beyond.
Opening at 10 a.m. on Saturday,
March 5 and concluding at 3 p.m.
on Tuesday, March 8, the Show gives
buyers nearly four full days to
conduct in-depth strategic meetings
and seek out new supplier partners.
The Power Hour on Saturday through
Monday allows you to extend your
meetings an additional hour after
the 5:30 p.m. close.
Again this year, you can begin your
Show early on Saturday with a visit to
the New Exhibitor Preview from 8:30 –
10 a.m. before the Show floor opens!

representing the strongest home
furnishings color trends for 2017. Each

2016 IHA Student DesignCompetitionNow in its 23rd year, the Student
Design Competition, sponsored by
the International Housewares
Association, is recognized by the

the IHA Global Innovation
Awards (gia) have grown
into the world’s most prestigious
awards program in housewares
retailing. Including this year’s
25 national gia award winning
stores from 23 countries, there
have been more than 320 gia
