• Username is your Encompass email address and PW is encompass1

• Or create your own account with your email address and encompass1

After logging in, scroll down to access the Encompass Approved Promo Store

• Pre-approved promotional items for the Encompass brand

• Click arrows to view other categories

Select a Product

• Select a color (if applicable)

• View logos or select from dropdown

• Enter quantity (minimum quantity is displayed)

• Add to Cart

Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout

You’ll be taken to another screen where you’ll confirm or edit quantity and then Add to Cart

Shipping Options

• Ship to one location (this will default to your home branch)

• Ship to one location that is not your home branch, select one location and deselect Yes, use my primary addressand you’ll be given the opportunity to provide a different address

If you want to ship one order to multiple branches, select multiple locations and then include details in the Notes/Instructions boxFor example:200 – Dallas100 – McKinney50 – Gainesville 350 Total

Select an in-hands date (*if you have an EVENT date, note the last day you can receive this order prior to the event)

Select a Payment Type

• Credit Card (add a new one and choose to save or not)

• Budget or Branch Code

• DMs : Enter DM Segment Code (e.g. 114-99). Branch Orders : Enter branch code (e.g. 111)

• You must be an approved buyer to choose the Invoice w/ code option

Review your Order

• Place your Order

• Or, Change Cart if something is not right

Shipping and Tax

• Shipping and tax will not be included in your order estimate but will be added to final invoice or credit card receipt if purchasing via CC

• Encompass covers all GROUND shipping costs. A promote-encompass team member will follow up confirming logo, delivery date and any additional order details.
