GENERAL GUIDELINES A. REGISTRATION 1. Registration shall start on April 14, 2014 and end on May 10, 2014 . NO registration will be entertained on the day of the race. 2. PrimaryHomes SM City Cebu Office shall be the official registration site. The race organizer, however, has the discretion to conduct off-site registrations. 3. Participant must fill out and submit the duly accomplished Official Entry Form to assigned PHI registration staff or any of its representatives. Participants below 13 years old must have their entry forms signed by a parent/guardian. 4. PrimaryHomes accredited Brokers/Agents and Primary Group of Builders employees must present PrimaryHomes ID upon registration. PrimaryHomes Homeowner and other participants must present Company ID or any valid ID. 5. Registration fee will be required upon submission of the Official Entry Form as follows: a. 3K –Php 250.00 per participant/runner (Individual Male/Female, Duo, Quad) b. 6K –Php 300.00 per participant/runner (Individual Male/Female, Duo Only) c. 12K -Php 350.00 per participant/runner (Individual Male/Female Only) 6. Registration Fee will cover: a. Singlet b. Race Bib c. Snacks d. Giveaways 7. The participant’s registration and/or registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON- TRANSFERABLE . 8. Race singlet will be available in XS, S, M, L, XL sizes until April 26, 2014 . After the said date, singlet sizes will be given on a first-come, first served basis. 9. Largest Contingent (for accredited PrimaryHomes Realty Firm only) a. The participant broker/agent must be an accredited sales representative of PrimaryHomes on or before May 10, 2014. For non-accredited sellers, accreditation is open every Monday and Tuesday (First Batch), and every Wednesday and Thursday (Second batch), 1:30 p.m. at PHI SM City Cebu office. b. PHI accreditation ID (old or new) must be presented upon submission of Entry Form. If PHI ID is not yet available, the “PHI ID Claim Stub” may be presented. Broker/agent entry with NO PHI ID or PHI ID claim stub cannot be counted for the Largest Contingent. B. DISTRIBUTION OF SINGLETS AND BIBS 1. GENERAL GUIDELINES

C. RACE BIB1. DO NOT LOSE YOUR RACE BIB. The fun run

organizer will not replace any lost bibs. If lost before the cut-off date of registration, participant may register again following the guidelines mentioned. If lost after the cut-off registration date, participant will be disqualified.

2. Participant’s race bib is NON-TRANSFERABLE.3. Race bib must be worn at all times during the

race. It should be pinned in front of running singlet/shirt. Failure to wear the assigned bib shall mean automatic disqualification from the race.

D. WINNERS AND PRIZES1. Winners

a. There will be three (3) winners: First (1 st), Second (2nd), Third (3rd) place per category for the 3K Individual Male Category, 3K Individual Female Category, 6K Individual Male Category, 6K Individual Female Category, 12K Individual Male Category and 12K Individual Female Category.

b. There will be one (1) group winner for the Reliable Duo 3K Category and one (1) group winner for the Reliable Duo 6K category.

c. There will be one (1) group winner for the Reliable Quad 3K category.

2. Cash prizes and medals shall be given to the winners specified above.

3. Cash Prizes will be given to best in costumes for Reliable Duo category and best in costumes for Reliable Quad category. Costumes must depict partnership between partners and group.
