Dear community members, This guide was put together by Sierra Nevada AmeriCorps Partnership (SNAP) members over the course of one day in March 2020, in honor of Cesar Chavez Day of Service. We recognize that the pressures of the COVID-19 pandemic and its associated economic impacts have only increased the need for accessible food, shelter, and safe havens. This is especially true in the Sierra, which can be exceptionally rough terrain in these times of crisis. The guide is organized by Continuum of Care (CoC) districts, and features the vital information to find and utilize services easily. This guide is not comprehensive, but we hope that this guide can be of some service for those who need it. Stay safe and healthy, 2020 SNAP Cohort
