Homework – HCLA Session #7 (Graduation!):Continuing the Learning ExperienceCongratulations – you will soon graduate from the 2013-2014 Holy Cross Leadership Academy! You have invested fourteen months of time, energy and attention in this important experience. During this time you have gained some of the most current methods, models, tools and skills required for successful management and leadership in today’s organizations.
In preparation for our final HCLA session, please complete the following assignments prior to our next session (Academy #1 - Tuesday, April 29 and Academy #2 - Thursday, May 1). Bring your completed homework to this session. If you have questions or comments, please feel free to call Caroline at 970-390-9420 or Chris at 970-471-4474.

with your peer coach to discuss
the following:
1. How are you working toward your goals for the Academy? What could you try to do differently?
2. How can you help each other reach your goals?
3. How will your learning from Session Six help each of you be more effective as leaders?
4. Share two current leadership challenges that you face regarding interviewing, hiring or coaching.
5. Together brainstorm ideas on how you might address those challenges, using learning from Session Six.
