We are pleased to submit this application to modify the proposed Stonegate Phase IV planned unit development on behalf of Ceck Properties LLC. The 8 unit Stonegate Phase IV PUD is the final phase of the Stonegate development in Hood River, OR C3N-10E-34BD, parcel 407). Tax lot 407 currently contains an existing stormwater detention pond for previous phases of Stonegate and a gravel road. The subject parcel is 1.84 acres. ,
