The festive holiday season can bechallenging for those experiencing thedeath of a loved one. They may findthemselves torn between the need togrieve and pressure to get into theholiday spirit. Regardless of when thedeath took place, a loss can be feltmore acutely at this time.

Community Hospice of NortheastFlorida invites you to attend Hope forthe Holidays, a workshop created forfamily, friends and caregivers who haveexperienced the death of a loved one.The workshop will help attendeesreflect on their loss, learn ways tocope with grief during the holidayseason and to determine what is rightfor them and their families. They willlearn how to refocus energy onpositive activities that honor andremember their loved ones and willleave with a renewed sense of hope for the upcoming season.
