General Terms and Conditions of Aesculap Academia, UK
1. RegistrationPlease complete and return the registration form, ensuring that all paymentdetails have been completed. Payment must be received no later than 4 weeksprior to the course. If payment is not received we reserve the right to allocateyour place to another delegate.
2. Cancellation by the DelegateA full refund will be given for all courses cancelled no later than 4 weeks priorto the course date. After this time and up to 14 days before the date of thecourse, we will offer to offset the value of the course against anotherAcademia event, or for refunds an administration charge of 10% of the coursefee will be made. For cancellations that are made between 14 and 7 daysbefore the date of the course we reserve the right to charge half theparticipation fee. The full participation fee will be payable for cancellationafter this period and for non-attendance.
3. Course ContentWe reserve the right to change the course content, the venue or locationand/or the faculty at any time. However, we make every effort to ensure thatall courses run as advertised.
4. Cancellation of the CourseWe reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the course, at any time. Cancellationnotices will be sent to the email address or number given on the registrationform and receipt will be assumed unless evidence of non delivery is received. Afull refund of course registration fees (only) will be made to participants whoare unable to attend on the rescheduled date. Aesculap Academia will notaccept liability for any other loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by theDelegate as a result of the cancellation/rescheduling of the course, includingwithout limitation: professional fees or other earnings and costs.
5. Data ProtectionWith your registration you confirm to your personal information beingrecorded for the purpose of event administration and to receive informationon future events from Aesculap Academia.
