How to mount a horse Before you think about mounting a horse,
you must be on the left hand side. Step 1: with your left hand grab
both of the reins and some mane. Step 2: with your right hand grab
the stirrup and place your left foot in it. Step 3: with your right
hand now place it on the pommel (the front of the saddle) Step 4:
push off the ground with your right leg and swing it over the
horses rump and softly land in the saddle, place your foot in the
other stirrup. Make sure you DONT put your right hand on the cantle
(back of the saddle) while mounting
