Horx and P3000 ft. Fleur - The OneOut 18th March via 360 Records

Horx and P3000 ft. Fleur 'The One' is one of those rare collaborations where the influences of

three very different artists combine to result in a record that exceeds the sum of its parts.

With initial support from Benga (who was regularly closing his sets with it) and radio play

from Mistajam, Rob da Bank and Eddy Temple Morris as an unsigned track, it was clear from

the very start that something special was brewing. Now with a full release lined up for mid

March on 360 Records, the track looks set to create major waves over the forthcomingmonths.

With deep experience in the Dance music industry as founder of both XL Recordings and

Positiva, Nick Halkes is the Horx part of the equation. At XL, Horx signed The Prodigy who

he still A&Rs to this day. Check the credits on the title track of their 1.5 million selling album

Invaders Must Die and you'll find him listed as co-writer. Previous Horx productions and

remixes include 18 Years with Jonny L, a remix with Adam F of The Prodigys Take Me To

The Hospital and the Breakbeat Kaos release Shut The Lights Off with Adam F & Redman

(a track which achieved widespread support including Hottest Record in the World for Zane

Lowe). With Dave Spoon, Horx also co-produced Wileys Electric Boogaloo and has

remixed the current single from Roll Deep. File this activity alongside remixes on Major

Lazer, Kid Sister and more as Kicks Like A Mule and you get an idea of the kind of area

thats musically close to his heart. All the sort of activity that has helped see him travel the

world as DJ support for The Prodigy on their European arena tour (including a couple of

nights at Wembley Arena) and take to the decks at events as varied as Bestival and Bangface.

The second part of the equation is Fleur who has previously taken part in several girl group

projects. She has since embarked on a solo career, working with some top name producers /

writers and recording her own material. Some of her highlights so far include singing Live on

BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge with DJ Fresh and on BBC 1XTRA with Ms

Dynamite, performing at the Royal Albert Hall for the Spirit Of London Awards, playing theAKA / Starz Christmas Party at the 02, as well as featuring on T4 Stars of 2011 on Channel 4

with the likes of Jessie J, Wretch 32, Ed Sheeran and Professor Green. Fleur is currently the

lead vocalist for the DJ Fresh Live Show Fresh:Live and has begun 2012 on a bright note,

signing to independent label Strictly Rhythm.

Last but by no means least in this creative combination is P3000 - an alter-ego for widely-

respected bass scientist and multi-instrumentalist Prash Mistry who heads up explosive live

Dubstep collective Engine-Earz Experiment. With live performances done and dusted from

Glastonbury to The Big Chill and coveted support slots nailed for The Streets, Tricky and DJ

Shadow, Engine-Earz Experiment look set to do big things in 2012 with their debut album

nearing completion at the time of writing featuring guest appearances from Aloe Blacc and

Akala amongst others. Remixing Basement Jaxx, The Streets and DJ Shadow hasnt done the

    act any harm either.

Three separate talents have joined forces to create one great record all thats left to do is

    listen!

Horx and P3000 ft. Fleur The One is released 18th March on 360 Records
