We want to ensure that you have the oppor-tunity to continue your care with us and helpyou stay with the doctors and caregivers youtrust. To make this journey easier we areproviding transportation services to EastCleveland and surrounding communities.
While most of your primary and ongoinghealthcare needs can be met at the ClevelandClinic Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center,if you need specialized care or require anovernight stay at the hospital, we are addingdirect shuttle service from the center to sev-eral of our nationally and regionally ratedhospitals – Cleveland Clinic Main Campus,Euclid, Hillcrest, and South Pointe hospitals.
Our caregivers at each of these locationslook forward to meeting your healthcareneeds and we want to provide you free, reli-able and convenient transportation to main-tain the healthcare relationships you havecome to depend upon.
Shuttle SchedulesHome Van Service
Our Home Van Service operates between5:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday throughFriday. If you are in need of transport fromyour home to your appointment at theCleveland Clinic Stephanie Tubbs JonesHealth Center, live within 5 miles of the cen-ter and can get on and off the van withoutassistance, we can provide you a ride.
We can also help connect you with a shuttlefrom the center to travel to and from yourappointment at Cleveland Clinic MainCampus, Euclid, Hillcrest, and/or SouthPointe hospitals.
When you need at-home service to meetyour appointment needs, please tell yourcaregiver when you make your appointmentor call our Transportation Concierge at216.767.4100 for assistance or moreinformation.
Shuttle Service
Our shuttle services are regularly recog-nized for their superior passenger services,friendly and courteous drivers and on-timereliability.
When you need transportation and aremaking your appointments at Euclid,Hillcrest, South Pointe hospitals or theCleveland Clinic Main Campus, pleaseremember to check our shuttle schedule sothat you may better plan your appointmentand trip.
