Following a significant renovation, Casa Ristorante Italianolocated on Sydney’s iconic King Street Wharf has re-openedits doors to reveal a chic new dining experience.

Following a significant renovation, CasaRistorante Italiano located on Sydney’siconic King Street Wharf has re-opened itsdoors to reveal a chic new diningexperience, right on the waterfront.

Dated red and white tablecloths and the oldfood court façade have been replaced with astylish fit out courtesy of acclaimed interiordesigner Paul Papadopolous and the DS17team.

The venue has been designed to provideguests with a sophisticated backdrop fordrinking, dining and entertaining, and alsooffers separate dining spaces for privatefunctions.

The new focal point of the venue is thetraditional Italian wood fire pizza oven whichwas flown over from Florence, enablingSicilian-born head pizza chef, SalvatoreD’Avola, to create authentic, Italian pizzas.

The venue also features a marble laced islandbar which divides the al fresco terrace andinside spaces, offering a revamped cocktailand drinks menu.

The menu has also been polished and sharpened, while still maintaining the authentic Italianflavours that Casa is renowned for. The focus remains on top-quality local and imported Italianingredients, with handcrafted pastas and breads made fresh daily. The public wine and cheesefridge allows guests to interact with the produce for themselves, housing cured meats, cheesesand matching wines.
