ATTACHMENTS Section D, Question 7: An EMT, licensed by the State of North Carolina is on duty and present on site during the entire competition. EMTs are provided by the Williamston Fire and Rescue and have all appropriate first-aid equipment and an all-terrain 4-wheel drive vehicle (Mule). Section E, Question 1: Runners pick up score sheets from scribes and bring them to the scoring office – 1-3 sheets at a time. An adult driving a golf-cart (we use at least 2 for score running) or small vehicle brings tests in from the outdoor rings on a continual basis. Section E, Question 7: Separate Scoring Office. heated and air-conditioned and has electricity and is networked to our Show Network, steps away from the Awards Island and is centrally located and easily accessed by runners. Scorers are also provided with a radio for instant communications if needed. Section F, Question 8: In 2008, the NCDCTA Harvest Moon Dressage Show ran on Saturday and Sunday with a record-breaking rainfall of approximately 5.3 inches during the two days before the show and at least one tornado touched down within 5 miles of the facility. Due to the well-constructed and well-maintained footing in the outdoor rings, the footing was stable and well drained with only a few small puddles. The show office, indoor rings, the covered arena and stabling were not affected at all. The facility works extremely well with show management to provide the best footing at all times. There is a great deal of flexibility for worst-case-scenario planning due to the number and sizes of the indoor and covered arenas. In 2012, Hurricane Sandy devastated the east coast during the week of the Regionals Championships held at this facility. The Ag Center is a designated hurricane evacuation center and the ability of the facility to withstand the weather was outstanding. The footing in the outside rings was great. Our northern competitors were quite glad to escape the hurricane and very smartly stocked up on gasoline and other supplies when they had to return home. Section F, Question 13 456 permanent stalls available, wood board construction, stalls on outside aisles of barns have closeable windows. Stall doors are of the same construction with iron railings. Each is 10x10. Each of the barns has overhead lighting, multiple electrical outlets for competitor use, and water at the end of each aisle. There are wash bays with hot and cold water in every barn. All barns are wired to the announcer's booth for ongoing communication to the competitors as needed. Flooring is packed composite soil. Additional stalls (temporary) are able to be added as needed – very large AQHA shows are regularly held at this facility and utilize additional temporary stalls – all infrastructure is in place including ample parking and siteing. 2 of the barns are new as of late 2009. The two new barns have air-conditioned restrooms and concrete aisleways – stall flooring remains packed composite soil. New communications for the entire facility was put in place, January of 2010 – state of the art, fiber-optic system.

Section F, Question 14 Permanent show office, first floor: secretary's office, with phone, copier, fax machine, computer and printer hookup and electric, private show network – both wired and wireless, private restroom and private and secure storage room. Second floor of show office: glass enclosed announcer's room, with all needed electronic (including computer), tape, iPod and CD equipment and lounge area. The announcer's room is large enough to accommodate two announcers each with their own equipment. The entire office (both floors) is heated and air-conditioned. Private, separate and secure scoring office with electricity, computer and printer hookup and private show network. Heated and air-conditioned. RESUMÉ

Background I am a lifetime equestrian, having started riding at the age of 12. I went to college to be a Civil Engineer but once out of college achieved my dream of owning my own farm. At Whinstone Farm in Zebulon, NC we ran dressage schooling shows for over 20 years. In the winter of 2016 Cassidy Sitton and I purchased Sporting Services from Sue & Buck Smithson. Since then we have been running 3 recognized shows and up to 5 large schooling shows each year, with Cassidy acting as manager and I as secretary. I am also an active competitor and earned my Bronze Medal on a horse that I raised and trained myself. I have been active as a volunteer and served on the board of NCDCTA for several years, including 2 years as the Competition Chair. I have also served as a PM Delegate for USDF for over 6 years and have been a member of the USDF Competition Committee for two years. I have used both Fox Village and HorseShow Office software, but now use HorseShow Office for all of Sporting Service’s competitions. Following is a list of the USDF/USEF competitions for which I have been secretary: 2017 March Magic Dressage, Level 2, Sen.
