The Placer Breast Cancer Foundation is a volunteer based group
that includes breast cancer survivors and community activists
dedicated to raising monies in order to fund research, education
and outreach throughout our five county region. These efforts
include funding a study at UC Davis researching a gene that affects
breast cancer, creating an education program for our local high
schools, and continuing our health outreach to women in our
community.
