Set on a hilltop, among sweeping views of vineyards and cypress, we offer four luxury rooms and seven signature suites in the medieval village of Castiglioncello del Trinoro. Rich in history and character, each bedroom and bath is a uniquely designed and decorated slice of Tuscan life.

Designer Ilaria Miani imparted a soothing and contemporary aesthetic to the rooms centuries-old wooden beams, and brought in the finest linens, fabrics and custom-made furniture.

The colorful walls of the two Aeneas suites were inspired by the rolling Tuscan fields of gold and green, as captured in the palettes and paintings of Renaissance masters. Wood-beamed ceilings, natural wood floors, a private sitting room and unique views make Aeneas I and Aeneas II an ideal family suite or couples’ getaway.

Aeneas I offers a view of the rolling hills and forests of Bosco dei Rocconi, as well as the first building excavated in our newly preserved Castiglioncello del Trinoro archaeological garden. Aeneas II boasts views of the piazza and the archaeological garden. En-suite bathrooms feature a relaxing rainfall shower, travertine sink and heated towel racks. The comfortable living room between the Aeneas rooms is ideal for unwinding with a book or sipping a glass of wine.
