Continued emphasis on high-end, upscale accommodation through theexisting The Oberoi and Trident Hotels, as well as selective expansionin both the five star deluxe and five star segments of the Indian hotel
industry by participating in the development and management of newhotel properties in destinations where we see significant opportunities.
They own and operate Oberoi Flight Services and Oberoi AirportServices, which provides catering and other services to leadinginternational airlines, and operates restaurants and lounges in a number ofIndias domestic and international airports.

Business Model
ITC has a 4 brand classifications similar to Taj Hotels. Their revenue
drivers are the fortune hotels i.e in the midscale markets, so majority
of their hotels are fortune hotels.
Earlier ITC owned most of their hotels which resulted in debt of Rs
3000 crore. Now they have started to manage hotels rather than
owning them.
