TERMS & CONDITIONSAll payments are to be made according to the category / size of the plot as per schedule of payments, through Cash or Cross Cheque / Pay Order in favor of M/s “Aujla & Associates Town Developers (Pvt) Ltd”
The size and the location of the plot is tentative and subject to adjustment before handing over possession of plot at site.
5% extra amount shall be charged in addition to the cost given in above schedule for each category of plot i.e. (Corner, Facing Parks & plot falling at 50’ or above up to 100’ Roads). A rebate of 5% shall be made in the cost of plot falling at boundary wall (if any).
Customer has to pay more 5% extra amount in addition to total cost of plot for category of plots falling above 100’ wide roads up to 150’ roads.
Price of the plot includes all type of developments charges and no escalation in cost of plot shall be made under any circumstances.
In case of the extra / less area in any plot, the cost of plot shall be determined accordingly (if any). The final price of the plot shall be determined after the layout of approved plan according to the actual area and shall be given in the letter of allotment.
This application form can only be used for booking of one plot only.
Plot allotted to an applicant shall not be used for any purpose other than applied or meant for.
No applicant shall be paid by the management of M/s Aujla & Associates Town Developers (Pvt) Ltd, any interest / mark up against the amount paid by him/her.
In the case of default of payments with reference to the above schedule the company under the Government Rules may cancel the booking / allotment and shall have the right to forfeit the amount paid by the applicant to the extent of 10% of the cost of plot. It is clarified that Registration and Form Fee is not refundable.
In the case of transfer of plot to some other name, the first allottee is bound to clear all dues up to that time with “M/s Aujla & Associates Town Developers (Pvt) Ltd” before the transfer.
The Management of “M/s Aujla & Associates Town Developers (Pvt) Ltd” has the right to reject any application which shall be made by an applicant for booking of plot without telling any reason.
