“Who Is Ident i ty Archi tects?”The team at IIddeennttiittyy AArrcchhiitteeccttss is led by partners DDaavviidd KKaasstteennddiieecckk and KKeeeennoonn RRaayynneerr,, AA..II..AA. Upongraduation from the University of Houston with a Bachelorof Architecture degree, David entered the architectureindustry working for McGinty Partnership Architects. Fouryears later he partnered and formed what was to becomeKSA, Inc. where he focused on a variety of project typesincluding health care facilities, corporate lease planningand restaurants.

Ambitions later led David to form his own company,Kastendieck Associates, Inc. (aka KAi Architects) in 1993.Focused on the retail industry and corporate spaceplanning, David quickly became known in Houston for hisunique ability to restate client needs into functional,economic solutions.

A few years after KAi Architects was formed, Davidemployed Keenon Rayner, a recent graduate with a Masterof Architecture degree from Texas Tech University. Keenon'sprofessional experience had begun earlier with ArchitectsDevelopers Contractors, Inc. (aka ADC, Inc.) in Lubbock,Texas, a small architectural firm focused on providingservices to all aspects of commercial and residentialdevelopment.

Keenon's involvement with the daily aspects of businessand design quickly became integral to the success of KAiArchitects. Keenon's ability to analyze market trends anddevelopment opportunities opened the door to provideunique services to the client.

In 2003 Keenon and David established IIddeennttiittyy AArrcchhiitteeccttssto further solidify their partnership and dedication toprovide quality architectural services to their clients and thegeneral public.

CCoommmmiittmmeennttWe have forged our reputation on the concept of"single point of responsibility". One of our firm’sPrincipals serves as overseer throughout the durationof each project.
