3. Meet with the sponsor for a Capital Raising Presentation

5. Host a “Discovery Meeting” to plan the Campaign

6. Submit “Part One” of Documentation

7. Have Offer Document prepared

8. Liaise with Sponsor and ASSOB to ensure Document is compliant

9. Submit “Part Two” of Documentation

10. Request ASSOB to set the Offer Document open for Marketing

and Capital Raising

11. Host and attend Investor Meetings

12. Get feedback on parcels sold

13. Live on Primary Board once Round Two parcels sold or when time dictates

14. Share Registry distributes funds raised from Trust Account

according to your instructions

15. Stay listed for Secondary Sales
