Chris: AndJohnnycameuptomeandtoldmehisstory,anditwasawesome,andIconvincedhimtojoinmeonthecancersurvivorcouchandsharehisstorywithyou,'causeIknowyou'regoingtobeencouragedbythis.You'regoingtolovethisstory.

Idon'tmeantoputtoomuchpressureonyou,butyouknow,you'dbettermakeitgreat.Yougottotellitasgoodasyoutoldittome,right?So,yeah,man,let'sstart.

Johnny: Well,Iwentforaregularcheckupbackin2010,forjustaphysical.Iwantedtogetbackinshape,Iwasoverweight,miserablelife,reallysad,depressed,thewholething,butIfiguredIwantedtogetinshape.Duringaregularroutinecheck,thedoctorwentdownmyneck,andhefeltalump.Andhesays,"Youhavesomethingthere,wewanttogotogetitcheckedout."

So,Isaid,"Nobiggie."Went,madeanappointmentwithanendocrinologist,andtheysaidtheywantedtodoabiopsy.AndIneverthoughtcancerwouldcomeoutofhismouthwhenthebiopsycameback.WhenIheardtheword"cancer,"Ijust,Ifreaked.Iwasafraid,Iwasscared.Iknewnooneinmyimmediatefamilyhadcancer,noone.AndIwasjustshocked.Like,"Howcould,cancer?Noway."Andwhateverherecommended,youknow,Itrustedhim.Iworkforahospital,soItrustedtheguyinthewhitejacket,andwhathesaidhewasgoingtodo,abletodo.Ijustpanickedandwentalongwiththesurgery,Ijustwantedthecanceroutofme.

Atthesametime,underhiscare,Ikeptoncomplainingaboutabdominalpains,keptonhavingabdominalpains.Andhekeptontellingme,"No,you'reokay,you'reokay."AndIsaid,"No,Idon'tfeelokay."Sowhenhegavemetheradiation,thepillofradiation,themagicpillthat'ssupposedtocureall,fixall,itburned.Itburnedthroughmywholeinsides,itwasjustonfire.AndinthestateofFlorida,you'requarantinedforthreedays,soIwasquarantinedathome,couldn'tgonowhere,couldn'tcallforhelp,andIjustburned.Anybodywithatumorknows,it'sjustburning.

Wentbacktohimandkeptontellinghim,"There'ssomethingwrong,there'ssomethingelsewrong."Hesaid,"No,nothing'swrong."Andfinally,hewantedtogivememoreradiation,andIfoundoutlaterthatmytumorwasencapsulated,thatpart.

Johnny: AndIsaid,"No,Idon'twanttogobacktohim,Idon'twantnomoreofthis."Hewantedanotherroundofradiation,anotherpill,Isaid,"No,I'mnotgoingtodothis."Igotridofhim,andIdecidedtosit.

Fastforwardtoabout2014,Istartedhaving…Iwoulddrinkacupofcoffee,ormilk,anditwouldburn.Andthen,I'dtrytogotosleepatnightsometimes,andIwouldstartsweating.AndIdidn'tthinknothingofit,IthoughtIwasokay.Youknow,didn'tthinknothingofit.AndItrieddifferentthings,likecertainkindoffoods,itwouldburn.AndIsaid,"There'ssomethingelsewrong."

ThenIstartedhavingshortnessofbreathattacksatnight.Itwouldjust,Icouldn'tbreathe.AndIwouldsweat,andIwouldberushedtotheemergencyroom--likeIsaid,Iworkatthehospital--andIwouldjustsitthere,andthentheywouldgoaway.Andsofinally,afteraboutthethirdattack,Isaid,"I'vegottogotothedoctor."

Foundanewdoctor,wentin.Hewantedtodoawholeround,thewholetestingagain.AndIwasjustlike,"Idon'twanttogothroughabunchoftests."'Causeyourarm,yougothroughcancer,andyoujustkeepon,blood,blood,blood,andnothingchanges.Iwenttohim,finallytoldhim,Isaid,"Listen.JustgivemeaPETscan,doctor.Idon'twanttogothroughnomoretests.I,kindofmakesureit'swhatitis,"andhelaughed.Isaid,"Ithinkit'slymphoma,"andhejustlaughedatme.

AndsoIwent,andsureenough,fromtheinitialCTscan,‘tilthen,afew--intheoriginalCTscans,itshowedonlyacoupleoflymphnodes.Bythetime2014rolledaround,thenextPETscan,itwasallthroughmyGItract.Iwas,itwasrealbad.

Hereferredittoanoncologist,Iwenttoanoncologist,andhewantedtostartdoingtests,andIjusttoldhim.Isaid,"HowbadamI?"Hesays,"Rightnow,you'repossiblestage4."Youknow,helookedatthethyroidandeverythingelsethatwasgoingon,andhesays,"FromwhatyourPETscanshown,you'rereallymessedup."

AndIdidn'tknow,workinginahospital,Ididn'tknowthatIcouldreadmyownmedicalrecords,Icouldgo,pickupmyownmedicalrecords.Thatwasthegamechanger,whenIwastalkingtoafriend,shesaid,"Youcanpickupyourownmedicalrecords."Isaid,"Ididn'tknowthat."Iwent,pickeditup,butnowtheygavemeastackofallmymedicalrecords,butIdidn'tknowhowtoreadthem.Ididn'tknow,youknow.

Andthisislike2014,2015,andIhadafriendwhowasanurse.Andshesays,"Comeon,let'sgoouttolunch,andI'mgoingtoshowyouhowtoreadyourmedicalrecords.Andshewentdown,andshereadtheresults,andwecomparedtoCTscans.Shewasjustlike,"TheoriginalCTscanshowedthatyouhadswollenlymphnodes.Heknewthattherewassomethingelsegoingon,eventheradiologist'scommentssaidforfurtherinvestigation,wanttotest,there'ssomethinggoingonthere.And-

Johnny: Yeah.

Johnny: Hadnoclue.Had,youknow,just...Thenyoufeeltakenadvantageof.

Andso,myoncologistandmyprimarycarephysicianweretryingto,"No,you'vegottotakechemo,wehavechemodrugsthatyouneverheardof,"right?Andundertheirslogan,it's...Theytest,thechemo,they'reatestsite,wheretheytestnewbrandsofchemotherapytogivetoyou.Ididn'twanttobeapartofthat.Imean,ifthefirsttimeitdidn'tworkaround,hedidn'tcatchit,whyamIgoingtotrustyou?SoIdidn't.

Andfromthere,Ijustprayed.Iwasafraid,Iwasscared,miserable.Iwasafraidtogotosleep,'causeIdidn'twantanothersleepshortnessofbreathattack,likeI'msuffocating.AndwhenIwentwithmynurse,andwereadthePETscan,Ihadfattyliver,kidneystones;Ihadabunchofotherstuff.Iwasmessedup.Iwasjackedup.

SoIwentonline--IhaveanITbackground--Iwentonline,andIsaid,youknow,"God,Ineedhelp."Ididn'twanttodie.Andeverythingaboutmylifewastoxicatthattime,inthehome,relationship,everything.Wasn'thappy,Iwassad.AndIcameacross,Iwent,andIjust,"naturalcancerremedies."

Andit'sfunny,becauseIwouldalwayscriticize,beingthatIworkedinthehealthcaresystem,somebodythatsaidthey'dreversedcancernaturally.I'dsay,"Nowayyoucandothat,havingacupofcoffeeandicecream."Häagen-Dazsicecream,atthattime.Nowit'sme.Nowmynumber'sbeingcalled.Whatareyougoingtodo?

Andbeinginahealthcarefacility,youseeitfirsthand.Imean,Iknowthesmellofsomebodydyingofcancer,whenthey'rewearingdiapers.Whentheycan'tbreathe,whenthey'reskinny,frail.Theycan'teat,theyvomit,whentheycan'tabsorbthefood.Youseethis.AndIwassaying,"That'snotgoingtobeme."

AndwhatIdidwas,IcameacrosstheGersontherapy.Didn'tknowanythingaboutit,didn'townajuicer,didn'tknowaboutdiet.Ihadnoclue.Andmyfirstattemptatacoffeeenema-

Johnny: Yes.Yes,butthepainwentaway.Like,afterIdidit,thepainwasjustreduced.ButthenwhatdidIdo?Iwentout,andIstartedeatingjunkfoodagain,andthenthepaincameback.AndIwasjustlike,"Waitaminute,there'ssomethingmoretothis."

ThenIcame,somebodysaid,"Checkout,didyouhearaboutChrisBeatCancer?"Isaid,"No,man,neverheardaboutthat."Andwent,Iwenttoyoursite,andwhatyouweretalkingaboutjustmadesense.Itwasjustlike,"Ohmygod."Iwasjustlike,"Ohmygod."AndIwent,andjust,atthattime-

Chris: Whatwasit,Imean,what,doyouremembersomethingIsaidthatreallyresonatedwithyou?

Johnny: Yeah."Overdoseonnutrition."Imean,thatresonatedwithme.Iwasjustlike,"Ohmygod,I'vebeenoverdosingonallthisjunkfood.Youknow,sleepapnea,can'tsleepatnight.Caffeine,thesugars,andyou'readdictedtoit.Let'strytheotherthing."Sothen,whenIstarted,Ijuststartedjuicing.Didn'tknowanyrecipes,justtheGersoncarrotjuiceandGrannySmithapple.Ididn'tevenknowifIwasdoingthatright.Thenthegreenjuices.

AndIjuststartedsuckingthemdown,suckingitdown,suckingitdown,suckingitdown.Then,I-

Chris: Thisiswhatwecall,bytheway,"inspiredimperfectaction,"right?

Johnny: Yeah.

Chris: Whichisgreat.You'reinspired,you'retakingaction,doesn'thavetobeperfect,don'thavetoknowanything.You'rejustgoingforit.

Johnny: Yes.And,youknow,IwasjuicingsomuchthatIwouldhavetotakebathroombreaks.Itwasjustgoing,going,going,going.Andthenonetime,Iwenttothebathroom,andallthisblackmucous,whateveritwas,itjustcameout.

Chris: Wow.

Johnny: AndIwasjustlike,"Ohmy,lookattheshapeofmyintestines,butIwasjust,"Ohmygod,lookatthis."ButIwouldsweat,Iwouldstartsweating,andIknew,mydeodorantdidn'twork.Ididn'tknowaboutthefluorideoranything.Itwas...Mytonguewouldgetblistery.Anditwasjusttoxinsjustcomingout.Everythingwasjustcomingout.

Itwouldburn.Iwoulddrink,like,carrot,anditwouldstartburningagain.ButIdidn'trealizethatthat'syourbody,that'sthefightgoingon.AndIcouldtouchwherethetumorswere,andtheywerewarm.AndIknewsomethingwasgoingon.Isaid,"Ah,thisisworking."

So,eightmonthslater-

Chris: Inflammationisoftenahealingresponseinthebody,sointheshortterm,sometimes,whenyouradicallychangeyourdiet,andyoustartoverdosingonnutrition,likehe'stalkingabout,sometimesyoucanhaveincreasedpainandswelling,andthings...You'llknowrightawaysomethingishappening,right,andit'snotyourcancerexploding.

Johnny: Right,right.AndthenIwentandmadeanappointmenttogetmyamalgamsoutofmymouth,didthat.

Chris: Howmanydidyouhave?

Johnny: Four.

Chris: Okay.Yeah.

Johnny: Four.

Chris: Soy'allknow,silveramalgamshavemercury,it's50%mercury,themosttoxicnon-radioactivemetalonearth,right,isinyourmouth,ifyouhaveasilverfilling.Andhehadfourofthem.

Johnny: Mm-hmm(affirmative).Headacheswentaway.AndIdid,Istartedrebounding.Iwatchedyourvideoonrebounding,Iwentandgotarebounder,didn'tknowwhatIwasdoing.AndIlivedinanapartment--notetoself,isdon'treboundinfrontofawindow,ifyou'renotusedtoit,'causeyoucanbounceoffit.

Johnny: Yeah.

Chris: Didyoualmostfalloutofyourapartment?

Johnny: Yeah,bouncedoff,Isaid,"Oh,man,letmemovethistothecenteroftheroom."

Chris: Yeah.

Johnny: Andso,Istartedreboundinginthemorning,startedgettingmylymphaticsystemgoing,sweating.PutaBerkeyfilter,pickeduptheBerkeyfromyou,andalsothewaterfilter.Gotthatgoing.Startedlookingfordifferenttoothpastes,juststartedcleaningouteverything.

Chris: Cleaningout.

Johnny: Yeah.

Chris: Yeah.

Johnny: StartedgettingtheBragg's,gotallthestuff.Junkfood,anything,everythingthatwasgoingtofeedthecancer,Ihadtostop.AndIsaid,"I'mincontrolofthis."AndIdidit,andIdidit.

Andtheykepton--myoncologist--keptoncallingforappointments,andIsaid,"I'mnotgoingtohimjustyet."AndIwaited,eightmonthslater,wentback,andIsaid,"We'regoingtodothePETscan."AndlikeIsaid,Ididn'treallyknowanything,justnervous.Imean,anytimeifyouneed,beforethePETscan,man.

AndIwent,Ididit,cameback,andIwasafraidtogopickupmymedicalrecords,becauseIthinkthat'sagamechanger,whenacancerpatient,whenyoutakeyourownmedicalrecordsandyoureadthemyourself.Don'twaitfortheguyinthewhitejacket

toreadthem,he'sonlygoingtospend15minutes,orsevenminuteswithyou,andthere'sawholelobbyofotherpeoplethathaveissues.

Andhetookmeunderhiswing.Hestartedgivingmehigh-dosevitaminC,Istartedjusttakingit,takingit,takingit,takingit.

Chris: Howmanytimesaweekdidyougo?

Johnny: Onceaweek,andtheyput-

Johnny: You'reinchargeofthis,anddon'tbeafraidofit.Thisiswhat'sgoingoninyoursystem,andyoureadthosereports.Andthedoctorjustsatthere,foracoupleofminutes.Wentbacktohiscomputer,cameback,satdown.Andhegoes,"I'mgoingtoreadyouyourreport,haveyoureadit?"AndIsaid,"No."

Hegoes,"Yourfattyliverisgone.Thekidneystonesaregone.Youhavescarringonyourlungs,sowhatever'sthere,isgone.Yourlymphnodesthatwasaroundtheileum,"whichisonthelowerpartoftheintestine,nearthe...well,attheend,"that'sgone,andthetumorsareshrinking."Hesaid,"Whatdidyoudo?Whatareyoudoing?"

AndIsaid,"I'mjustdoingnutrition."Hesaid,"Youdidallthiswithnutrition?"Isaid,"Yeah,justwithnutrition."Hegoes,"Nah.Areyoutakinganything?"Isaid,"No,justnutrition."Andwewentbackandforth.Hesaid,"Well,tellmehowyoudiditagain."AndItoldhim,"I'mdrinkingabout64ouncesofjuice,Imeanjustdraining,greenjuice,carrotjuice,beetjuice,wheatgrass.Laetrile.”WhatelsedidItake?High-dosevitaminC.

Istarted,justcleaningmylifeup.Meditation,Igotinto.'Causewe'rewiredtomeditate,youknow,thescriptureclearlytellsyoutomeditate.Butyouhaveachoice:youcanmeditateontheproblem,andmagnifyit,orthepromisesofGod,andmagnifythat.IchosetomagnifythepromisesofGod,becauseIrealizedIhadtocleansemywholelife.

Iwenttheconventionalroute,andyoucanseethescarthere,andit'sareminderthattheyjustdealtwiththesymptom.Theyjusttookme,cutitout,"Boom,you'regone.Next."Here,goingnatural,I'mhealingspirit,soul,andbody.ThejourneyisjustlikesomanypeoplethatI'vemetalongthejourney.Youknow,yougofrompointAtopointB,somanybeautifulpeoplecomingintomylifeandjusthelpingmeout,andeducatingme.

AndI'velearnedthatthisissoprecious,lifeissuchagift.Forme,it'sgivingawaynow,it'sgivingback,ofhowmanypeopleIcanhelpalongthisjourney,thewayyou'vehelpedme.Andnow,youknow,onmyYouTubechannel,Ijuststarted,'causepeoplekeptonsaying,"YouneedtostartaYouTubechannel."AndIwaslike,"Eh."AndthenIstartedone,andjustamazedathowmanypeoplethereareouttherethataregoingthroughit.

Johnny: Well,Iget...Idon'tknowhowpeoplearegettingmynumber.Cancerpatients,frominthehospital,callme,andtheyaskformyhelp.Andbeingthatthey'repatients,Ican'thelpthem,becausethey'reapatient.Butoncetheycheckoutofthehospital,wehookup.Andwhereveritis,oreveninthehospital,allItellthemtodoislookatChrisBeatCancer,orTheTruthAboutCancer,whileyou'reinthere,andeducateyourself.

Butwhenthey'redischarged,wecommunicate,andItakethemtothehealthfoodstore,holdthembythehand.Theyaresoafraid,andyoucanseethemweeping,becausenoone'severtoldthemthatthisisoutthere,thatthereareotherwaystohealthebody.Andjust,amazingthingsthat,youknow,evenasawhole,asahospitalnow,theyhaveaplant-basedprogram.Theyhave,youcan'tgetsodasinsomeofthefacilitiesnomore,nosmoking-

Johnny: Yeah.Organic,alotmoreorganicmeals.Plant-basedentréeforlunch,andthentheyhavetherestofthestuff.Andyouhaveachoice.LikeIsaid,youcaneitherfeeditoryoucanstarveit,thecancer.Butyouknow,itisn'tjustchemoandradiationthewholetime--whichcontributestosecondarycancers,whenyoulookatthestudies.

Andforme,it'sjustbeenajourney.Imean,I'mlikesoblessedtobealiveanddothis.AndIcandoit,Icanridemybikenow,20milesaday.Icanwalk,Ican...StuffIcouldn'tdo.Andyoulearntoappreciatethat,youknow,youdon'twastetimearguing,Idon't.Idon'targue,it'slike,"Whatever,"andjustmoveon.Becauseyourealizethatlife,andmybody'sstillhealing,it'llcontinuetoheal,becauseit'sjustnotthediet,justmorespiritualsideofit,ofhowwewerecreated.

Chris: Anditteachesyou,Imean,itjustgivesyouthisoverwhelmingamountofgratitude,justforlife,andhealth,andbreath,andthefactthatyoucanrideyourbike,andyouknow,likegetoutofbed.

Johnny: Yeah,walkonthebeachearlyinthemorning,isthisprotocol.Youknow,youwatchGod“paintthesky,"Icallit-becauseit'sneweveryday.Like,Iwasdeadbefore.Iwasdead

spiritually,Iwasdeadphysically,emotionally,justdrained,stressedout.Now,mylife,whenIwakeup,it'slike,"Ican'twait."

Likecominghere?Icouldn'twaittogethere.Imean,it'sjustlikesomanypeoplethatarejustlikeme,thataregoingthrough,andthentoseehim,itwasjustlike,"Thereheis."Iwasjustlike,"Myonegoal."AllIknewwashewastall.AndIdon'tcare,Iwasgoingtocutthroughthecrowd,butIwasgoingtoseehim.ButIseenhim,andIwasjustlike,"Wow,thereheis."Becausehe'sblessedmylife.Mylifehaschangedforever.

Andwhathedoesonhischannel,it'slikeanextension,becausewhatheputintome,nowIgiveittosomebodyelse,andyougiveitfreely,youknow,andjustmovingon.Andjust,helpingsomebodyformewasabigblessing,IboughtthemaVitamix,Isaid,"No,nono,youdon'thavetopaymeforit."Theydidn'thavethefunds.AndIsaid,"Whenyougetbetter,Idon'tcareifit'sacucumber,orwhateveryoucando,ifyoucangivesomebody,acancerpatient,agiftcardfromWholeFoods,oranorganicstore,giveittothem,'causewhattheyreallyneedismoney,tofightcancer."
