1. A plate of cheese, “petits toasts,” and a petit écolier2. Two slices of bread3. Grapes4. The beverage of your choice (water, grape juice)5. Napkins

Today, you will receive a brief background on each cheese and then we will sample

them together, one at a time, in a specific order.

We will share our thoughts on each cheese and then vote for the best and worst at the

end!

Brie de Meaux
